Despite its brevity, it leaves a good impression thanks to its coherence and the connection it forges with the player. Khaled Abdelkhalek at Arabhardware

Sep 10, 2025 | Score 70

“The Indiana Jones: The Order of Giants expansion is priced at $20 and offers a set of puzzles and events lasting only 4 to 5 hours at most. Overall, it lands at the level of “good” rather than “excellent.” While the expansion does provide genuinely fun moments, it loses much of its narrative weight—especially if you’ve already completed the base game. It also lacks any meaningful improvements or adjustments to the original experience. Still, it’s an enjoyable add-on and serves as a great dose of adventure for anyone who misses Indy’s escapades, as well as a solid entry point for completely new players.”

Latest Review

Luca Cipiciani at Indie Games Devel

Feb 7, 2025 | Score 78

“Magenta Horizon is certainly a surprising game that impresses both on the aesthetic and gaming side. The work done by the only developer denotes love and competence in the genre. The game itself keeps what it promises until the end: a challenge for the player. Although the action phase is the one that came out best, the rest is not the same. The dispersive levels, the positioning of the checkpoints and the repetition of the “battle – platform – key” dynamic are weak points. Usually the more technical maneuvers a game requires, the more precise the controls must be. Unfortunately, Magenta Horizon still has some grime that can make the experience frustrating. For a single developer, Maddison Baek did a great job. Despite some weaknesses Magenta Horizon is a good product.”

“For those who have never heard or engaged with anything Dog Man related, you may find this just an average platformer. It very much is just that when it comes to how it feels to play. Having watched the movie I did feel like I understood the mechanics better and why the characters intertwine within levels to work with certain elements. It is a faithful nod to the brilliant cartoon design of the books, a few of which I have purchased for my Dog Man obsessed little lad. If you’re after a family friendly platforming title that even smaller children can enjoy, then Dog Man is worth your time. Those who enjoy a challenge however, may find this a little on the easy side.”
