Latest Review

Giacomo Gallerani at Indie Games Devel

Feb 3, 2026 | Score 80

“Bye Sweet Carole is a work that lives in its fragility – and it is precisely there, within that fragility, that it finds its most authentic power. Vulnerable, imperfect, fully aware of its limits yet unwavering in its intent, Chris Darril’s creation hides nothing, makes no concessions and refuses easy compromises. Every choice, every flaw, every hesitation becomes part of its identity, contributing to an experience that transcends the label “video game”: it is an emotional journey, a dark fable that slips under the skin, unsettles us and lingers long after the screen goes dark.”

“The premature conclusion to Lapin is disappointing, as the combination of an appealing art style, fluid gameplay, and rabbits with unique skills who solve puzzles made it a near excellent title for PlayStation 5. One can only hope the game-freezing error gets fixed in later updates, allowing discovery of what happens in the end rather than the lettuce lovers remaining in limbo for eternity.”

“Even after I was done playing, I still had the urge to go back for just one more fight. To me, that’s the mark of a good fighting game, if not game in general: If you still have the urge to keep playing, even after you’re done, then you know you got a hit on your hands. While the microtransactions may turn some players off, especially that ridiculous $100 USD Arcane Skin pack, I still say give this game a shot, even if you aren’t the biggest fan of League Of Legends.”

“Little Rocket Lab is a cosy, colourful automation adventure that blends crafting, community, and machine building into a wholesome loop. It starts slow and can get overwhelming later, but once it clicks, it offers a clear, satisfying progression from simple tools to full automation. It is friendly, bright, and easy to understand, even if the social tone and difficulty curve will not suit everyone. For players who enjoy building, tinkering, and watching systems come to life, it delivers a charming and thoughtful experience.”

It offers a wide range of characters and the option to mix and match special attacks, but overall it plays like a Psikyo shooter with lesser challenge and similar visual presentation.
