“Not all sports franchises are created equal, and some are top-tier. In terms of both improvements and content, MLB: The Show 25 is the most complete installment the franchise has released to date and is already positioned as one of the best sports titles of the year. The Fall Classic is still a long way off, but it's certainly nice to be heading to the iconic World Series with a video game that delivers and exceeds expectations.”

“Out of the Park Baseball 26, from developer Out of the Park Developments, is top-tier when it comes to sports simulators. Managing a baseball team and working with the organization is detailed so well on a micro level that you’ll find so many different approaches on how best to prep your MLB team. All of it is wrapped with a well-planned and implemented bit of information architecture, which makes it super simple to navigate through. In the end, this is a new bar for sports simulators.”

“After a grueling fifteen years of development, Asylum is finally here. Don't expect a revolution, or a spectacular masterpiece that matured for years in a studio in Buenos Aires, but rather a melancholic return to the days when adventure horror games didn't try to scare you with screams in the dark but slowly worked with the player through gradual clues and moments. Asylum does almost everything well, but for this game it is maybe too late.”

“FATE: Reawakened had the difficult task of reviving a beloved but long-forgotten series. And it does so… halfway. The graphical update is appreciable, the structure is solid, but it lacks ambition. No significant innovations, no evolution of the gameplay. If you’re looking for an old-school dungeon crawler, full of loot and with a cozy atmosphere, then it’s worth a try. But if you’re not already a fan, this remaster is unlikely to change your mind.”
