PomPom: The Great Space Rescue is a wonderful indie game that shakes up the platformer formula to excellent results. The gameplay is challenging, addictive, and varied, while the presentation is simply perfect. Just play PomPom if it looks neat to you, you won’t regret it.

Dusk ‘82 isn’t the most complex or longest game, but it’s a neat and fun bite-sized puzzle game that Dusk fans will get a kick out of. Even if you’re just nostalgic about old puzzle games, or want a snazzy new demade version of the Dusk soundtrack, this is a decent option.

The Disney Classic Games Collection brings some true classics back into the spotlight with useful new features and excellent bonus content. This is the best way to play these nostalgic titles, and while some have aged better than others, I’m glad to be able to play them again.

Happy’s Humble Burger Farm is weird, creepy, creative, and strange. It’s a great little horror game for anyone with a thirst for spooks and lore in equal measure, and I hope its small problems get ironed out over time. It’s one of the most interesting games I’ve played recently, and it’s absolutely worth checking out.

Bassmaster 2022 is the game to buy if you want to fish inside your own home. It’s pretty slow and uneventful at times, but that’s pretty much what fishing really is. If you prefer a more fast-paced arcade experience, this isn’t the game for you, but if you want the true fishing experience in digital form, eat your heart out with Bassmaster Fishing 2022.

Puzzle Bobble 3D: Vacation Odyssey is fun enough for its price point. It can get a bit stale if you play for too long, but the straightforward gameplay and variety of unique mechanics are enough for me to say that it’s worth checking out if you’re into puzzle games.

Both games on the Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 1 collection are unique and a joy to play through for their own reasons. Unfortunately, the way in which they’re presented feels dated and barebones, as they look the same as they did on the PS2 and have no new features or quality of life updates.

It’s a fun game with great visuals and music, and it plays rather well, there’s just not as much content to keep you entertained as there is in other portable SNK titles.
