[REDACTED] stands out for its intense action, stylish visuals, and indirect rivalry mechanics, which add tension and unpredictability to the matches. The variety of weapons and abilities, combined with vibrant cel shading, create an immersive experience, and the universe comes to life with eccentric characters and interactive scenarios that enrich each attempt to escape. However, balance and progression issues affect the long-term fun: the grind required to progress and the slow pace of unlocks can be frustrating. At least the diversity of situations and content helps to mitigate these issues.

Voidwrought is an immersive and well-produced metroidvania experience. The world is visually striking, with detailed areas and an intriguing dark atmosphere, despite its obtuse narrative. Exploration shines with non-linear progression, good diversity of situations and interesting navigation abilities. Combat, while satisfying and varied, is lacking in balance, becoming easier as you progress. Even with its lack of innovation in some aspects, Voidwrought delivers an engaging adventure that captivates with its mysterious universe.

Pyrene stands out for its creative mix of deck building and dungeon exploration. Its initial simplicity is deceiving, because as the difficulty increases, the games become a true exercise in strategic planning. The variety of heroes and the constant introduction of elements and challenges add layers of complexity, requiring frequent adaptation of tactics to survive. This balance between simplicity and depth makes the game an engaging experience. On the other hand, the title does not escape the typical problems of the genre, such as repetitiveness and the strong influence of luck. Although there is an attempt to bring variety with characters and modifiers, the feeling of more of the same persists after a few runs. Even so, Pyrene is an intriguing game that is worth checking out and has the potential to improve over time.

WHAT THE CAR? offers a chaotic and humorous experience that embraces limitless creativity. With its short levels full of unusual situations, the game constantly surprises by changing the rules and introducing new crazy ideas at every turn. However, this dizzying approach also brings some challenges, with stages that tire us out due to their simplicity and repetition. Still, the charm and originality, combined with a large amount of content and creative options, make WHAT THE CAR? a fun and captivating experience for those who enjoy a good dose of madness and creativity.

Minishoot' Adventures mixes metroidvania with shoot 'em up in a captivating experience thanks to its colorful world full of secrets. The diversity of challenges and the possibility of improving the ship keep the game interesting, despite relying on familiar mechanics. However, the lack of innovation in skills and combat, as well as a limited map system, mark the negative points, preventing the title from reaching its full potential. Still, the game does what it sets out to do well, offering an engaging journey with lots of action and exploration. The charismatic atmosphere and fluidity of the action make up for the shortcomings, making Minishoot' Adventures a worthy addition to the genre, even with the feeling of missed opportunities in terms of boldness and innovation.

Spiritfall takes inspiration from platform fighters to create a roguelite experience full of agility and strategy. The diversity of weapons, combined with the blessings of the spirits, provides varied gameplay that encourages the exploration of new strategies in each game. However, the feeling of repetition and the similarity between powers can, at certain times, mitigate the feeling of novelty and discovery. Despite the negative points, the game is exciting with its fast pace and great combo possibilities, which creates unpredictable and impressive battles. In the end, Spiritfall brings the electrifying action of the fighting genre to the world of roguelikes and offers an experience that is worth checking out.

Astral Ascent offers an immersive and dynamic roguelite experience. The 2D action excites us with the diversity of characters with unique fighting styles and the robust spell system, which provide frantic and strategic matches. Furthermore, there is a lot of content to explore, with modifiers to make runs more complex. Despite having elaborate action, the game has some limitations. The variety of rooms and events during matches is reduced, making it a notable weakness that can result in repetition. At least there's a captivating world to explore with beautiful pixel art visuals and charismatic characters, whose personality is reinforced by the voice acting. In the end, Astral Ascent is a solid, agile and engaging action roguelite. It lacked a little boldness, but the end result is great.

Savant - Ascent REMIX stands out with its creative interpretation of the shoot 'em up genre, offering a dizzying experience in a world inspired by Savant's music. Stages feature intense and challenging firefights, maintaining a feeling of freshness as new mechanics and enemies are introduced. The pixel art setting and energetic soundtrack perfectly complement the action, creating an immersive atmosphere. However, the game also has negative points that can affect the experience. The high difficulty, combined with the lack of room for errors and spaced checkpoints, can make the game frustrating and repetitive. Furthermore, the need to repeat sections and memorize patterns makes the games a bit tiring. In the end, Savant - Ascent REMIX is an interesting experience for fans of the genre as it offers frantic shoot 'em up action and high challenge, but it also tests patience with repetition and the lack of room for error.

Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles is a welcome innovation in the deck-building roguelike RPG genre, bringing dice instead of cards to put a unique spin on the gameplay mechanics. The dynamics of the dice add an element of probability and risk, making battles exciting and with touches of unpredictability. Furthermore, the game offers a wide variety of heroes, mechanics and strategies to explore. However, excessive complexity in some areas, such as the multitude of effects during battles and insufficient information in the interface, can hamper the experience. Over time, we learn to deal with these negative issues, but some adjustments to these aspects would make the runs more enjoyable. Overall, Astrea stands out as a captivating addition to the genre, requiring patience and dedication to master its nuances and make the most of its strategic depth.

Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate turns chess upside down with its offbeat idea of putting a gun in the hand of a king. Aiming and shooting adds dynamism to matches, and cards with abilities for both armies create unpredictable situations. Even with skill elements, the title maintains the tactical aspect of chess, with coordinated moves by enemy pieces. Despite being creative, the game has numerous problems, such as a steep learning curve, difficulty spikes and randomness so pronounced as to disrupt the tactical elements. There was also a lack of variety, as the runs quickly get repetitive. At least there are several additional modes and difficulties to explore. Simultaneously creative and problematic, Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate is a compelling experience.

Hyper Meteor is fast and addictive arcade action. Slamming into enemy weaknesses is simple, but the variety of hazards and increasing difficulty make matches frantic and exciting. The focus is on making long combos and achieving high scores, but other modes bring diversity. Sometimes the randomness and simplicity of the content is annoying, but unlockables, a colorful look and short matches alleviate these problems. In the end, Hyper Meteor is hard to put down.

Invector: Rhythm Galaxy combines rhythm and visual in an excellent musical journey. Controlling the ship according to the beat is enticing, especially due to the constant style changes in the stages. Beyond that, the atmosphere is impressive with colorful and bright scenery that pulsates along with the eclectic soundtrack. Some elements could have been more polished, like the difficulty curve and the visual chaos, and there are few new features when comparing it to the previous title. Compelling and offering a good challenge, Invector: Rhythm Galaxy is a harmonious experience recommended for fans of the genre.

Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes Definitive Edition immerses us in its elaborate tactical puzzle combat. The basic mechanics are quite simple, but the nuances, the different units and the RPG elements make the encounters densely strategic and addictive. The extensive campaign with different types of battles and the functional multiplayer mode are able to keep us hooked for many hours, despite some balancing issues. The relaunch received the "definitive" monicker, but it is more like a simple adaptation: there are few new features and some negative aspects of the original, such as the numerous loading screens, remain untouched. Even so, the game still offers quality content and is a great opportunity to meet it on new platforms.

Voidigo is a fast-paced, fast-paced action roguelike. The big highlight is the boss fights, which can appear at any time and constantly move through the stages — it's all very unpredictable and the fun is being able to adapt to these challenges. Countless weapons and creative abilities make the matches very unique and the universe itself is charismatic and humorous. As is usual with the genre, there is a bit of repetition between stages. Also, sometimes there's so much on the screen that it's hard to understand what's going on. However, these details do not compromise the experience, as there is a lot of content to explore and options to customize various aspects of the game. With intense confrontations and dynamic bosses, Voidigo is a must for those who enjoy a good roguelike.

Desta: The Memories Between uses tactical dodgeball matches to address reflections on complex themes. The clashes are intuitive and varied, being very fun to make complex plays with the ball bouncing through obstacles or opponents. Skills and different allies offer tactical options, and additional modes challenge us with more complex stages. Troublesome relationships, regrets and self-reflection are some of the subjects discussed by the game through great characters and dialogues. Additionally, there's a meditative air to the experience with the use of soft colors and a light, engaging soundtrack. However, as a game, sometimes the simplicity of the mechanics bothers you. Interesting reflections and surreal confrontations await those who decide to delve into the dreams of Desta: The Memories Between. The combination is far from perfect, but engaging nonetheless.
