Late Review“Gorn 2 doesn't reinvent the series, and it doesn't need to. It refines the original in smart, deliberate ways: tighter progression, sharper visuals, and more variety through new weapons and absurd traps. The core loop remains that gleeful, physics-fuelled violence, now smoother, better paced, and more reliably fun. For fans of the first entry, Gorn 2 delivers a more polished and engaging experience - a true sequel that earns its place in the arena.”

Late Review“‘Gorn 2’ delivers more of everything that made ‘Gorn’ a must-play for VR enthusiasts. Although the campaign is way too short for my liking, there is endless fun to be had playing with the Custom and Endless modes. Expressive combat, increased variety of weaponry, over-the-top violence, challenging boss battles and kicking the crap out of many Rokibe. What’s not to love about that? With only a couple of minor issues ‘Gorn 2’ is a solid entry and well worth adding to your PSVR2 library.”

Launch Window“More solid, more varied and sillier than ever, GORN 2 is the sequel that anyone who loved the first chapter must play. It doesn't invent anything new, it simply perfects and enriches every ingredient of the recipe that made its predecessor a cult. And that's fine.”

Launch Window“"GORN 2" is pure VR joy distilled into a whirlwind of blood, laughter, and absurdity. On Valve Index, it plays smooth, looks fantastic, and delivers one of the most genuinely cathartic experiences VR can offer. However, unless you love custom battles and endless self-made challenges, its short campaign and lack of deep progression systems mean you might not stick around long after the first bloodbath ends. Still, for sheer pick-up-and-play madness, "GORN 2" is an easy recommendation — especially if you're the type who thinks "giant meat cleaver vs. hypnotized enemy" sounds like the perfect afternoon.”

Launch Window“Gorn 2 is a solid follow-up to the original; the new weapons, narrative and physics add so much to the already established formula of over the top.”

Launch Window“Gorn 2 offers substantially more gameplay than the original Gorn. The arenas, enemies, and environments offer enhanced opportunities for creative mayhem. The first game’s way-over-the-top stylized violence and gore transfer intact, along with its goofy sense of satire. I”

Launch Window“Gorn 2 is more of the same, which means it offers plenty of over-the-top violence, but there's not much beyond the silly combat.”

Launch Window“While the original GORN was a standout VR title for its time, GORN 2 is miles above it in almost every conceivable way. It doesn't just hold up-it dominates.”
