“BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW delivers a solid psychological horror experience in certain aspects, though it falls short in others. What sets it apart is its bold approach to psychological and social themes, but it suffers from some repetition in level design. Ultimately, it remains a suitable experience for fans of mysterious and meaningful games.”

“I just suspect that in the world of board games, anime fan service aesthetics are something that heavily limits the number of gaming groups that are going to be willing to play. Not everyone likes fan service, and if even one person is put off by Heart of Crown’s characters (particularly the lolis), then that’s a group that’s never going to vote to play it on game night. Therefore, as I’m not a fan of playing randoms online, Heart of Crown is likely to be a single-player only experience for me, and that’s a disappointing way for an otherwise excellent game to fall short.”

“Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, while still good fun overall, is a letdown, both as paid DLC and a standalone release. The upgrade pack, though inexpensive, is underwhelming and of questionable value, with most additions feeling minor and unpolished. And if you somehow missed the original game, you'd best have a strong answer to the question "Why start now?"”

For newcomers, it may feel daunting, but it also stands as a testament to what long form storytelling in games can achieve when creators trust their audience to follow along. It is telling a story about a civilization standing at the threshold of the unknown, asking whether it is ready to step beyond the horizon.”

Sure there was some very voluptuous reasons to play the game. The gameplay more than makes up for it. There’s even the creative mechanics that you’ll learn how to preform and execute on the fly. So, if you pick up the game, don’t give up so soon. You’ve just start your way to being the next Carmel Star. I just hope they read this and understand to just have certain pop-ups when getting the same item again only once. I give Kotama and Academy Citadel the Thumb Culture Gold Award”

Instead, it relies on challenge areas, which require me to first locate them and then stay confined to completing objectives within those specific sections of the park. The foundation for a great trick-based biking game is here, but the way challenges are implemented holds back any sense of freedom and my overall enjoyment of the game.”

The game has plenty of environments to venture through, bosses to defeat, and a solid combat system to devour. “"An enjoyable investigation experience" Confidential Killings – A Detective Game offers an investigation experience that relies on deduction and analysis rather than direct instruction, with a gradual narrative that unravels a complex web of crimes within a dark, artistic setting. The game's strength lies in its respect for the player's intelligence and its coherent logical structure, while the most notable drawbacks are the lack of clues, the excessive handwriting, and the limited playtime. Despite these shortcomings, it remains a focused and realistic investigation experience aimed at fans of methodical thinking and crime fiction.”

“Pathologic 3 is a bizarre remake of a game from 2005 that seems to combine the worst elements from Persona 5 and the Arrow TV series, and wants you to think that it’s somehow compelling. Its lack of atmosphere and plain dressing sap any curiosity I had, and the need for the game to hide even the most basic of information may attract the equivalent of horror game Soulslike fans, but I’d urge anyone to stay away. Somewhere in Pathologic 3, there’s a very interesting Trauma Center game with plenty of lore, decisions to make, and patients to save. Unfortunately, a time-travel and horror story is grafted onto it. Horror fans, you deserve better.”
