Niko Lähteenmäki at KonsoliFIN

Feb 1, 2026 | Score 100

“Despite its difficulty, Sektori is pretty much a perfect arcade-style twin-stick shooter and has fully earned its score. Even after hours of gameplay, I still don’t feel particularly skilled, but that is by no means the game’s fault – quite the opposite. I’m aware that I’m only at the beginning of my journey and nowhere near satisfied yet, and I intend to continue my “studies” with the game so that I can climb as high as possible on the global rankings. Sektori is a modern work of art that justifies every one of its gameplay design choices with style and craftsmanship. Instead of mocking the player, it rewards improvement fairly as skill grows.”

“Morsels reminds me of titles like The Binding of Isaac and Enter the Gungeon. If you enjoy the moreish, addictive nature of short, spontaneous bursts of gameplay, then you’ll enjoy this for sure. It’s weird yet wonderful, and with the Xbox Play Anywhere functionality, it opens many doors on the Xbox platform to play across all your devices. I highly recommend this if you’re into the twin-stick roguelite genre, which is fun to play yet difficult to master.”

“Sheepherds! is a wonderfully positive co-op experience that embraces calmness without ever becoming dull. It’s easy to pick up, rewarding to master, and full of gentle humour, whether you’re playing with one friend or a whole group. I spent hours herding across colourful fields and came away smiling every time. This is a game that understands the joy of playing at your own pace, and the joy of playing together. If you’re after something cosy, family-friendly, and sprinkled with just enough challenge for the perfectionists, Sheepherds! is absolutely worth checking out.”

Its orderly gameplay, colorful design, and gentle soundtrack make it an ideal choice for players seeking a calm, mindful experience.
