“Gnomes is a must-play for fans of roguelikes and tower defense games. The more you play, the more you realise that its simple gameplay hides serious depth. Alongside a sleek visual style and a gameplay loop that’ll keep you coming back time and time again, it’s a wonder that a game with this degree of polish was made by only two people. Like a Gnome peeking out from an overgrown garden, this indie gem emerges to put the tower defense genre back on the right path again.”

“Rogue Loops stands out with a creative approach and well-structured mechanics. The cycle system with improvements accompanied by curses adds an interesting strategic touch, and the agile combat keeps the experience engaging. The variety of heroes, skills, and synergies guarantees good possibilities to try out different play styles, making each run unique and unpredictable. However, repetition ends up being a problem in the long run, since the structure of the challenges changes little between attempts. Even so, Rogue Loops delivers a fun and challenging game, which has the potential to become even better with future updates.”

“Caligo tackles a theme that is both simple and profoundly complex: the essence of life and how we live it, exploring human will and the art of choice. Unlike narrative-driven games that rely on interactive gameplay or relative freedom, Caligo places its entire weight on storytelling, requiring players to move from point A to B solely to advance dialogues. However, its deceptively simple yet deeply philosophical narrative, combined with a meaningful final choice, stands as its strongest asset. If you are passionate about philosophy and have pondered the meaning of life, this one-hour experience comes highly recommended”
