“Go Fight Fantastic doesn't try to reinvent the genre, but it delivers exactly what it sets out to do: a light, visually charming adventure full of cooperative action. It's the kind of game that's ideal for enjoying an afternoon with friends, laughing at the confusion and trying out different strategies with the available classes. On the other hand, if you're planning on playing alone, the game might lose some of its shine. The character swapping system works, but nothing replaces the fun of coordinating attacks and reviving allies in the heat of real battle. And since the online mode is practically empty, local co-op ends up being the best bet.”

“So is Baldur’s Gate Enhanced Edition worth your money? Only if you have the time and patience. The games rely heavily on nostalgia and can be a great reason to bring back classic games, but these should’ve stayed where it once was. The PC centric controls don’t apply well to controllers as it makes the simplest things cumbersome, the presentation is dated and it requires a lot of time and dedication. It’s easy to be overwhelmed with the number of things to manage/remember. If you stop playing, it’s easy to forget not only where you left off, but how to play the game. Unless you were a fan of the original a fan of nostalgia, save your money.”

“I loved my time with Potion Shop Simulator, and I think I’ll be playing a lot more of it. I’ve put about 20 hours in, and I’m not done, though I have unlocked most of the items I can buy to expand my store and make it more efficient at this point. I don’t think that will stop me from wanting to complete all the quests and see what the story is leading to. I’m glad I got to play this interesting, fun, and very cute little game. I think the devs could make a lot of improvements, but overall, it’s an enjoyable time. If you enjoy simulation games that are similar to this one, like Tavern Manager Simulation, I think you’ll have a good time with Potion Shop Simulator.”

“Hentai Prison is a comedy visual novel with noir elements that makes use of the prison setting to create an unfamiliar feeling of tension amidst motifs of sex that are familiar sights to fans of the genre. The way it presents the characters as people with varying levels of sexual degeneracy pays great service to establishing how commonplace the interest in sex is even amongst the general populace, a topic that’s well-discussed in both community websites and academic papers. While generally light in tone, the visual novel gleans inspiration from prison stories and turns the game into a well-communicated message about our relationship with sex. Although having incredibly convenient plot devices at times, Hentai Prison shines as a great read for people interested in a long read about self-discovery in the weirdest places. I recommend picking it up not only because of its novelty but also because of what messages its stories try to tell. It makes sense for something so heartfelt to come from an exhibitionist—we’re the most vulnerable when we’re naked, after all!”

“Carmen Sandiego, is a good educational adventure game that targets a younger audience (especially those that have watched the animated tv series on Netflix) but still pays homage to the original version. Especially in regard to the cold case files that have a retro feel in terms of the graphics. The mini puzzles are not hard, but they are repetitive, so it would be nice to see more layers of difficulty and variety. The same goes with the options of cities to travel to. I found myself revisiting the same ones over and over and would have liked more options available to provide more exploration. Having to replay capers or solving the cold cases (just to gain more XP) took some fun out of the game because it felt limiting (and more like a chore), but I liked how it was easy to just pick up and play, then put down when I wanted a break.”
