Launch Window“The games of Texas hold'em poker All in Abyss: Judge the Fake are fun for a while but become tiresome thanks to a lack of innovation and a reliance on luck. The writing isn't doing much to pick up the slack either.”

Launch Window“The Darkest Files is a satisfying courtroom game with a somber tone and serious subject matter. But even more than that, it's an important reminder of a dark time in history that is more relevant now than ever.”

Early Review“The Spirit of the Samurai has more flaws than I could possibly list here and frustrated me for large parts of my time with it, but damn, does it have a vibe.”

Launch Window“Vampire Survivors: Ode to Castlevania finally gives us probably the most wished-for collab possible for this game, and in doing so adds an insane amount of new content and an interesting new dynamic to its structure.”

Launch Window“I Am Your Beast is another major work from what I consider to be one of the interesting studios in the industry right now. Stylish, adrenaline-fueled action in a pulpy game that knows exactly what it is.”

Launch Window“Clickolding is a very short game that makes it difficult to hold onto any one individual idea it presents, but in totality creates a singular impression of something that won't let you go for long after you've clicked your final click.”

Early Review“While Umbraclaw has an interesting core mechanic revolving around the nine lives of a cat, it's lacking in execution with bland level design and lackluster combat.”

Launch Window“Cryptmaster is the ultimate evolution of simple word games like Hangman into a fantasy dungeon crawler and manages to delight in its simplicity.”

Launch Window“While I was undeniably a little disappointed after going into this with high expectations, it's a very unique game that offers an interesting experience once you accept that it's a much smaller project.”

Launch Window“Reveil is entirely derivative of other works in the genre with nothing new to add, and if you think that might be enough for you, it's unfortunately not a very good version of all that either.”

Launch Window“There's plenty of fun to be had with The Finals' fast-paced gameplay, but it might just be a little too generic to survive in the long run.”

Launch Window“Little Goody Two Shoes is a whimsical fairy tale with sinister moments that delights and disturbs in equal measures.”

Early Review“Astrea: Six-Sided Oracle presents an interesting new combat system that creates complex scenarios for you to navigate, if it weren't for the not yet perfected balancing that at times makes things more straightforward than they should be.”

Launch Window“Liberté has many interesting ideas, and one that with time could become something good, or maybe even great. But for now there's simply too much missing to recommend it.”

Early Review“Bat Boy is a very competent 2D action platformer, and lots of fun can be had with it, even if it's a rather challenging game at times. Sadly, the repeated crashing in one part of it impacted my enjoyment quite a bit.”

Early Review“Gripper sounds like a cool concept, but its execution leaves much to be desired. It simply makes too many bad decisions in game design to be a fun experience, instead it's primarily a frustrating one.”

Launch Window“Birth is a short, quaint, but most importantly effective, exploration of the loneliness and isolation one might encounter living in the big city.”

Launch Window“The Fridge is Red stands or falls on its atmosphere and it has that part down on lock. Sadly, the storytelling isn't quite on the same level.”

Launch Window“I guess calling Kaichu a bad game wouldn’t be entirely accurate. It looks nice and performs fairly well. But it just doesn’t do enough. A single playthrough takes roughly 30 minutes and even then it starts to feel a little samey towards the end. Kaichu is simply lacks depth. Quite frankly, I even struggled to find things to write about for this review.”
