Launch Window“Shrine's Legacy wears its nostalgic roots on its sleeves, with charming characters, cool-looking environments, head-bopping music, and an incredible villain. But the spikes in difficulty with a lot of bosses, coupled with the stiff and slow gameplay approach, dampened my otherwise great experience. While it is an inexpensive game to purchase, if you are planning to play solo, it may not be worth picking up due to its numerous flaws. If you do have a coop partner, however, the legacy this game leaves behind will be a much sweeter memory to you than how bitter it was for me.”

Late Review“Momodora: Moonlit Farewell is a very satisfying experience. It does not drag on too long, nor does it wrap up too quickly. The combat feels uniquely presented and flows well. With tons of enemy and boss variety, alongside the beautiful locales and fleshed-out characters that accompany Momo throughout. Momodora: Moonlit Farewell is very worth your time and money. I am already excited about playing through it again to see how much faster I can get through it. I very rarely feel attracted to replaying anything, but this game's journey is worth seeing through multiple times, and I can guarantee you will feel the same.”

Late Review“Overall, Wayfinder as a game saw a very transformative change throughout its early access. Airship Syndicate no doubt did not anticipate having to change a live service MMORPG to a fully functional and fun-to-play ARPG, however. The work that was put into adding multiple layers of build crafting depth, several large locations with lots to do and see. As well as a staggering variety of wayfinders, weapons, enemies, and bosses all wrapped in a beautifully simplistic art style is easily recommendable. Especially at its very low price tag. It is worth every penny, as it was to play every second that I did throughout its early access and many forms.”

Late Review“Capes is not an experience I can recommend. I liked most of the story, but the gameplay was very middling with missions and bosses that could either just be enjoyable, or straight-up frustrating or confusing. The game runs flawlessly, but there is so much stuff not up to par with what can be enjoyed by those who are not in a hardcore genre demographic. It just could not save the day in the ways I was hoping.”

Launch Window“Ereban: Shadow Legacy is a game that tries to do a lot, but is only at its best in being a great game to play. While having a story component that feels mostly unnecessary to the experience and is not going to be what I recommend buying the game for. The shadow form mechanic is so interwoven into the entire game, from the enemies to the gadgets, and upgrades in-between. With so many awesome open area levels and expertly designed closed-in ones, I loved my experience in Ereban: Shadow Legacy. I just wish there was less noise, and more allowing me to just slither around and enjoy its gameplay endlessly.”

Early Review“8 Bit Adventures 2 is a very great game albeit with some balancing issues with bosses. The characters were very memorable and had lovingly written dialogue with distinct styles for everyone. As well as the Glitch being a very fleshed-out Villain. The game shines the brightest in its combat, and exploration of the varied and unique locales. As well as the challenging bosses with their contributions to the tale. It is an easy recommendation due to its classical yet thrilling journey.”
