At a grim checkpoint on the brink of collapse, survivors arrive one by one, desperate to pass through, and it’s your job to decide who enters, who waits, and who is denied access.

For returning fans, it’s the perfect way to revisit Kate Walker’s journey — now more beautiful, more accessible, and more respectful than ever. For newcomers, it’s a piece of gaming history worth experiencing, as long as you’re ready for a reflective, story-first adventure rather than a puzzle gauntlet.

It’s been over a decade since Sacred 2: Fallen Angel first rolled out its sprawling world of Ancaria, a blend of swords, sorcery, and unapologetic eccentricity. Now, developers Ascaron / THQ Nordic have applied their own Ancaria magic and given life to Sacred 2 once more. The Sacred 2 Remaster, like most modern remasters, aims to recapture nostalgia while keeping the original’s mix of high fantasy and tongue-in-cheek humour, all the while bringing it to the modern PC’s main stage.

It’s been a hot minute since we took a dive into Banjo’s Rift and returned to the land of Macabre. Since our time away, there have been some heavily requested and well-implemented changes to the gameplay – from graphics updates to store improvements, and even the monster itself being a bit kinder to the players.

‘These Sunny Daze DLC’ is a colourful expansion to ‘POSTAL: Brain Damaged’, offering fans a fresh setting, new weapons, and additional enemies while keeping the high-octane, arena-style combat intact. The DLC doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it leverages the sunny vacation theme to inject new challenges, visual variety, and humour that’s as crude and chaotic as ever.

The ‘Bendy’ franchise has always thrived on its mixture of vintage cartoon aesthetics and psychological horror, and ‘Bendy: Lone Wolf’ takes that formula into darker, more personal territory. Where previous entries leaned heavily on exploration and puzzle-solving, Lone Wolf emphasises survival mechanics, isolation, and the slow unravelling of one character’s psyche.

Phantom Squad enters the tactical shooter genre with a promise of tense infiltration missions, sleek squad-based mechanics, and a high-tech modern warfare backdrop. Developed by Ctrl Freak and published by Super Rare Originals, it caters to fans of stealth-heavy gameplay and squad control, offering a hybrid of real-time tactics and third-person action. But does it deliver on its black-ops fantasy, or does it get lost in the fog of war?

White Knuckle is intense, stylish, and unforgiving—in all the right ways. It’s a love letter to speedrunners and ’90s retro platforming fans.
