Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore is an applause-worthy commitment to the absurd idea of using the legacy of the CDi Zelda games to create something new and equally as interesting to look at.

There is a tremendous, cozy satisfaction to peeling back the layers of this game that is delightfully addictive. . . Dread Delusion is maddeningly close to being impressively timeless.

RetroRealms: Halloween and Ash vs Evil Dead are two games that create buyer confusion rather than fully celebrate horror culture. Thankfully, a majority of the problems with RetroRealms can be fixed. We can only wait to see if the dead stay dead or rise from their graves for more bloodshed.

The Holy Gosh Darn is a brilliant time loop comedy that is as mechanically engaging as it is hysterical.

While Gimmick! 2 isn’t for me, it’s a cute little game that might be just the thing some are looking for in the platforming genre. Personally, this game stands as a curiosity that reflects a game that many discovered years after its release and that’s a fantastic approach to game development.

Core Keeper is the perfect introduction to crafting games, setting a new standard in approachability for the genre through clever game design.

I could see this game getting a larger sequel or additional modes but as it stands it is a family-friendly, affordable, approachable tribute to one of gaming’s greatest adventures and that is pretty special.

Castlevania Dominus Collection is a surprisingly competent collection of the franchise’s Nintendo DS legacy with the added surprise of a worthwhile arcade remake. This game is a tremendous value thanks to three meaty single-player adventures but it certainly has room for improvement.

Gundam Breaker 4 primarily appeals to hardcore Gundam fans, especially those deeply familiar with the Gunpla hobby. Its slow story, repetitive mission structure, and lack of flair probably won’t earn new fans. Maybe watch a bunch of Gundam anime and build a few model kits instead.

My Friendly Neighborhood may not have the blood and guts that many crave out of their horror experiences but it accomplishes so much without violence in a way that feels new and interesting. The world and story are fleshed out wonderfully and there’s an amazing message behind the game’s final moments.

Overall, GigaBash is a fun time that is way better with the right group of friends. I wish it had a bit more substance to encourage a competitive play environment but this is a game that I will absolutely look forward to playing at conventions or parties. Anyone into Kaiju should check it out but don’t expect GigaBash to be an all-time great. However, the potential success of GigaBash could lead to a more feature-rich sequel which could become one of the coolest Kaiju games ever.

All in all, Spidersaurs is a by the book run-and-gun game that’s sure to please fans who may feel that there haven’t been enough releases from their favorite franchises.

There is a ton of potential in Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate but unfortunately, it lacks some of the best qualities that VR gaming has to offer.

Expanding the modes, adding new characters, more customization options, and improved netcode would do wonders for All-Star Battle R. As it stands, this game is still a love letter to JoJo and worth picking up for fans of the franchise or anyone with fighting game chops looking to branch out.

The action is fun and the pixel art is awesome but I still don’t feel as excited about Gunvolt 3 as I would have hoped... Criticisms aside, Azure Striker Gunvolt 3 is another entry in a large franchise of titles that will surely be enjoyed by fans.

HunterX is surprisingly well-crafted where it counts. It certainly could use a patch or two but I thoroughly enjoy this type of gameplay and I cannot wait to see if ORANGE POPCORN makes another game.
