Late Review“I Hate This Place is a solid and recognisable horror game that stands out thanks to its strong visual identity and constantly oppressive atmosphere. It is not a game that focuses on action or spectacle, but on tension, survival and sensations. Some limitations in pacing and combat prevent the title from reaching higher levels, but the experience remains compelling and is especially recommended for those who enjoy slower, more reflective horror games.”

Launch Window“Pathologic 3 marks the arrival of the third chapter in a unique saga, one that will be remembered not so much for its refined gameplay, but for its decidedly memorable storytelling and narrative style. Its gruesome atmosphere confronts us with contemporary dilemmas and a horror we can relate to.”

Launch Window“Tombi! 2: The Evil Swine Return Special Edition is a nostalgic venture that, like the first instalment, brings a legend of the past to PS5. Although the porting work has been carried out with a certain degree of laziness, the small additions in terms of mechanics greatly enhance the modern-day experience. Needless to say, those who lived through the late 1990s will not be able to resist returning to attack evil pigs, but for everyone else, the approach may be a little more difficult, given the age of the title.”

Launch Window“She's Leaving is a survival horror game that focuses entirely on an original and realistic concept. The forensic mechanics and well-told story set the title apart from the crowd, especially for those who are passionate about true crime and investigations. However, repetitive and unpolished gameplay limits its potential, preventing it from reaching higher levels. Nevertheless, the production shows that Blue Hat Studio has valid ideas: with greater care in execution, the studio's future could hold even more interesting surprises.”

Launch Window“A.I.L.A is a game of two halves: the first half promises an intriguing and compelling narrative experience, with varied gameplay and an immersive world, while the second half tends to fall back on more conventional solutions and loses some of its initial charm. Despite this, the game shines thanks to its original concept, thought-provoking moral choices and engaging art style, showcasing the potential and risks of artificial intelligence applied to a horror entertainment context. It may not be a masterpiece destined to compete with the great classics, but it represents a significant and interesting step forward for the independent gaming scene.”

Launch Window“Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition remains a substantial title, still capable of recounting a challenging and compelling journey and offering solid gameplay despite some obvious flaws. The Switch 2 version is certainly the best for playing in 2025, but it does not bring with it enough innovations to make it an essential remaster. For the price at which it is offered, however, it remains a good compromise.”

Launch Window“Rennsport is a young, ambitious simulator with great potential, but it is still far from fully mature. It offers good sensations on the track, a solid multiplayer mode and an adequate technical base, but it needs to grow in terms of content, performance and overall refinement. This title is recommended for those who enjoy following the evolution of a project and want to invest in its future; it is less suitable for those looking for a complete and in-depth experience right away.”

Early Review“Sacred 2 Remaster takes us back to the magical kingdom of Ancaria, 17 years after the release of the original game. The developers have presented a game that has been cleaned up from many of the bugs that plagued Sacred 2, with overall improvements to the game's technical and graphical aspects. However, it is disappointing that the multiplayer mode is only available on PC, despite the higher cost on consoles.”

Launch Window“LEGO Party! establishes itself as one of the most solid productions in the modern party game scene. While clearly inspired by the established Mario Party formula, it manages to introduce structural improvements that enhance the competitive component and reduce dependence on luck. The content offering is not extensive, with only four maps and a limited number of modes, but the experience is still complete and well balanced. In short, LEGO Party! is a successful LEGO-style adaptation of the classic party game: accessible, colourful, stable and strongly oriented towards sharing. A title that, while not reinventing the genre, reaffirms its validity and finally makes it available on all platforms, without barriers or access limits.”

Early Review“A Pizza Delivery is a narrative adventure with simple puzzles and strange settings. We play a young delivery girl, trapped in a limbo where tormented souls end up. This is the developer's first experiment and should be interpreted as such. It would be wrong to expect great things.”

Launch Window“Escape from Duckov is much more than a parody game: the latest surprise hit is a title with solid gameplay that is extremely entertaining. Our duck must survive and find resources in a hostile but ironic world, certainly free from the stress of competitive online games. There is definitely room for improvement on the part of Team Soda, especially with regard to controller management, but there have already been updates in this first month, and we are convinced that more will follow in the future.”

Launch Window“The Lonesome Guild is a small but significant step forward for Tiny Bull Studios: a work that combines the team's narrative sensibility with a more mature and accessible game structure. It is not only a well-crafted action RPG, but also a reflection on the meaning of companionship, the fear of being alone, and the strength of the bonds that save us. It's just a shame about a few flaws in the map system and a combat system that lacks depth.”

Launch Window“Stellar Reach is a title that takes a long time to appreciate. Its learning curve is steep, but if you give it the right amount of attention, you will reap many rewards. The limitations of a project managed by a single developer remain, but James Miller's experience is evident in his latest project.”

Late Review“Halls of Torment is a surprising fusion of two worlds: the depth and atmosphere of Diablo meets the frenzy and accessibility of Survivors-like games. The result is an experience that captivates from the very first minutes and invites you to return game after game, searching for the perfect combination of skills, equipment and luck. Despite a few minor flaws related to balance and certain limitations in the progression system, Chasing Carrots' game stands out as one of the best representatives of the genre, capable of distinguishing itself and shining in its own right. It is a title that not only pays homage to the classics, but also demonstrates how it is possible to innovate while remaining faithful to one's inspirations.”

Launch Window“CloverPit seems to be the spiritual successor to Balatro: a roguelite based on gambling, which twists and expands the rules in an ingenious and entertaining way. The title offers hours of gameplay and pure entertainment. After winning a few times, however, it starts to feel a bit monotonous.”

Launch Window“This year, for the first time in years, Just Dance introduces significant changes that alter the experience, preventing players from getting stuck in a rut when choosing what to do in their sessions. There is still little choice for those who pursue a more hardcore style of dancing, but it is certainly a step in the right direction.”

Launch Window“The House of Tesla is an engaging graphic adventure filled with clever puzzles, a fascinating story, and beautiful historical details. The atmosphere and excellent models of historical objects draw us into the world of Nikola Tesla. Occasional technical shortcomings undermine the experience, but they do not detract from the overall picture. For lovers of history and logical puzzles, it is definitely a game worth trying.”

Launch Window“Isola DK + Caccia agli Smeraldi is a very strange DLC for Bananza, both in terms of its release timing (less than two months after the release of the base game) and its content: a sort of bizarre but intriguing roguelike experiment for Donkey Kong, which allows you to return to explore this world in a slightly different way. Unfortunately, that's all there is to it, and the price tag of £20 doesn't help to raise the final score.”

Launch Window“Katanaut is a good roguelite: the fun comes from experimenting with different character builds. You will have various melee weapons, firearms and abilities at your disposal, which often lead to a completely new gaming experience. If you love this genre of games, don't hesitate to try the latest work from Voidmaw!”

Late Review“Rally Arcade Classics is a title that blends nostalgia and depth, suitable for both casual players and rally enthusiasts. The lack of different rally stages and occasional repetitiveness make it a title recommended for the latter category of players we mentioned.”
