Launch Window““A World Betrayed” has its flaws, such Sun Ce’s campaign being much less engaging than Lü Bu’s. Nevertheless, Creative Assembly shifting the focus less on rivalry and more on expansionism is a good reminder that no great person is able to achieve victory both in and out of the battlefield on their own. A must for Three Kingdoms fans.”

Early Review“While the starring wayward sons of A World Betrayed offer flavourful and dynamic new campaigns, neither quite manages to leave the shadow of the dramatically different playstyles in the Mandate of Heaven DLC.Nic Reuben”

Early Review“A World Betrayed is a decent DLC offering for Total War: Three Kingdoms, offering some interesting new content. However, it doesn't seem to quite land as sweetly as previous DLC.”
