Late Review“Rick Henderson has a lot to love when you get to play it and figure out the loop. It can be a bit too simple but for an arcade title it fits in well.”

Launch Window“Mortal Kombat Legacy Kollection contains some of the greatest and most iconic games in the Mortal Kombat franchise! These were the games that put the series on the map, challenged censorship, and paved the way for other fighting games. Despite the games being fantastic, the selection of titles feels bloated and unnecessary, while the features, while good, seem like an average offering.”

Launch Window“The more things change, the more they seem to stay the same for Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage. While the excitement has returned to bring the rest of the world up to speed with R.E.V.O., its attempt to scratch the single player itch feels more like an added bonus than a defining feature. From the feel of it, Virtua Quest (shudders) and Virtua Fighter 5's original experiment at expanding the experience may have taken that shot almost twenty years too early. Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage plays it safe but remains deliberate in its execution. World Stage is a solid choice for players from the "don't stop till the other drops" mindset, leaning heavily toward the multiplayer scene above all else. For its price, Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage gives both new and returning World Tournament fighters a reason to jump back in and welcome fresh challengers. Expecting more than the competitive spirit of "fight everyone on everything" might lead to a ring out for your expectations, though.”

Early Review“Football Manager 26 represents the biggest change for the franchise in two decades, with improved tactical options and the best match engine in series history. FM26 is still a strong offering, although some missing features combined with the need to learn a whole new UI might be too much of a challenge for series veterans.”

Early Review“PopCap and EA have managed to remaster a absolute classic. Plants Vs Zombies: Replanted is nothing if a brilliant oove letter to a game that could see a resurgence of the franchise or maybe some other classics that EA have twiddling its thumbs while sitting the vault.”

Early Review“ILA: A Frosty Glide delivers on what is a whimsical experience, skating on a broom, and finding a cat. It is a game that you just want to keep gliding around.”

Launch Window“Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga is a fighter brought back from the era of the PlayStation Portable. A lot of the enhancements are great but it doesn't stop it from feeling like its still from a handheld from that era.”

Launch Window“NASCAR 25 aims to be the definitive next-gen NASCAR experience on Xbox Series X, delivering stunning visuals, authentic handling, and a deeper career mode. While the foundation is strong, persistent bugs, technical hiccups, and missing features keep it from reaching full speed. It's a solid start for the series' revival, just one major patch away from greatness”

Early Review“Disgaea 7 Complete is the best way to play Disgaea 7. It includes all the DLC from the original base game and more. It may not add much to the core of Disgaea 7 but it really doesn't need to.”

Launch Window“Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & The White Guardian is a grand time in the Atelier series. It is fun and returns to the roots of the series, even by bringing back past characters from the series. It still suffers from the difficulties of the previous Atelier games, but fans will love it.”

Launch Window“Wander Stars is a quirky RPG that uses vocabulary to fight. It's old school anime art style and soundtrack will transport you back to the 90's and will live up to the expectations of those who grew up watching Saturday morning cartoons.”

Launch Window“Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter is the definitive way to start the Trails series. It is an amazing game, and the story and themes are just as relevant today as they were 20 years ago.”

Launch Window“2K has done an amazing job with this years instalment, adding new things and improving other's. Shooting feels amazing but Defence does need some tweaking. Also adding WNBA players to MyTeam, we come one step closer to Woman in MyCareer. Something that I think is more of a sooner then later addition.”

Launch Window“Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel doesn't break the mold when it comes to swarm survivor games, but it doesn't have to. It offers plenty of replayability, and addictive gameplay that will keep you coming back for more. Plus, if you love norse mythology, then this game is steeped in it.”

Launch Window“Varlet brings a lot to the table in its systems and mechanics. It also adds a lot of self-discovery to the gameplay with the ruler and leader systems. The SSS requests are monotonous and definitely feel more like busy work than anything, but it doesn't hold the game down too much.”

Launch Window“If Anthem actually had BioWare stick the landing, it would be something similar to what Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion has put out. Titanic Scion's story and gameplay does the job to somewhat get over the itch that Armored Core 6 came and went with. However, it feels as though it's going the Vanquish route with how quick the pacing is. Titanic Scion delivers on giving players that freedom some mech games sorrowly need with a sequel that keeps you glued to your Arsenal.”

Launch Window“For those who can't get enough Indy, The Order of Giants whips up an engaging Indiana Jones mini-adventure. What it lacks in scope it more than makes up for with some of the best puzzles in the entire game. And its standalone Rome story feels like a movie unto itself, filled with rich lore and moments of wonder.”

Launch Window“Chip n' Claws vs. The Brainioids is a fun mashup of RTS and action gameplay. It does have a fun gameplay loop, though it can be a bit overwhelming.”

Launch Window“Kill the Brickman is simple to pick up, but complex to master… but don't worry, because a lot of it depends on luck with your build. One thing is for certain, despite the game overwhelming you up-front with its systems, it is highly addictive, and it will keep you playing for hours!”

Early Review“Shuten Order is a phenomenal Visual Novel experience that has a lot of different routes to take. The multiple visual novel types make it an experience that never dulls.”
