BALL x PIT is pure fun, like Dead Cells, Hades II, and other roguelites that have hit the right notes. Its design incorporates classics like Arkanoid and bullet hell shooters, and the truth is, the mix works and is incredibly addictive.

Virtua Fighter 5 REVO World Stage serves as a fitting conclusion to a game with an amazing history. The new single-player content, crossplay, and rollback netcode are great additions to continue experiencing its great gameplay. However, as a definitive edition, a little more care could have been taken by removing paywalls.

This is a great product, both as a compilation of classic games and for its meticulously crafted documentary. Combined, it's an essential treat for fans of the franchise.

A remarkable return of graphic adventures in all their glory, one that sticks to the core gameplay while innovating here and there. Its difficulty might not be for everyone, but its humor certainly is.

It works better as an exercise in nostalgia and preservation than as a novelty in itself, but there's no doubt these games offer dozens of hours of entertainment in a luxurious package. They may not be the best Dragon Quest games, but they were the first and are well worth revisiting in this way.

Far from being the disaster we feared, Double Dragon Revive is a worthy entry in the series that brings some interesting ideas to a very classic development. It's dated and can't compete with the titans of the genre, but you'll enjoy it if you're a survivor of the Lee brothers' fights.

While remaining a continuation of the classic survival horror genre, Tormented Souls 2 manages to refine its deep and sincere homage to the great survival horror classics. At times, it wouldn't have hurt to see more of its own creation, but what it does offer is tasteful and high-quality enough to establish itself as a game capable of winning over even the most nostalgic fans.

This sequel represents a bigger and better take on what we already knew. The Outer Worlds 2 is a solid, deep, and fun experience, although we expected a bigger leap forward with the next generation of the series.

Ninja Gaiden 4 is a bloody return to the most straightforward hack 'n' slash. It could have done better in terms of variety and graphics, but its absolutely insane, perfectly timed combat leaves us with one of the most frenetic and unique action games of the last decade.

Pokémon Legends: ZA is the next step in the series' mega-evolution, a title with fresh ideas, a spirit of renewal, and a desire to do things right. While there's still work to be done, this is the path future Pokémon games should follow.

Dying Light The Beast doesn't reinvent the wheel or introduce changes that revolutionize the series, but it does polish many aspects, enrich others, and add enough new features (a new setting, increased vehicle weight, etc.) to make the experience feel fresh, and it succeeds. And, most importantly, it's still as fun as the first day.

Mafia: The Old Country offers a remarkable narrative and atmospheric mob drama, hampered by uneven technical skills. While its gameplay is a bit simplistic, it should satisfy those looking for a straightforward, fast-paced, and enjoyable game.

Grounded 2 is close to being the definitive survival game starring tiny teenagers lost in a park. It succeeds in maintaining the strengths of the original and incorporating cool new features like the bugs, but it could be even better if it fixes its technical flaws and maintains a strong pace of future updates.

Super Mario Party Jamboree + Jamboree TV is Nintendo's most complete party game, but it debuts on Nintendo Switch 2 with some qualms and questionable decisions, such as a lack of technical improvements to the Switch game or an overly limited GameShare option. But make no mistake: it's still the party king.

A new example of Spanish creativity in horror games. It brings some great ideas to the table and executes them successfully within an original and engaging setting. It only falters in some unbalanced puzzles and, perhaps, in becoming too "iconoclastic" in the final stretch.

RoboCop: Rogue City Unfinished Business feels just as fun as the first game, offering interesting additions that reinforce the affection for the 1980s cyborg cop. However, the feeling of repetition and lack of variety persists despite the new features. Furthermore, its technical glitches and bugs hinder the final result more than necessary.

Although Pac-Man has starred in games across a wide variety of genres, in 2025 he adds another notch to his revolver: his first Metroidvania succeeds in combining the foundations of the genre with ideas from Toru Iwatani's creation and souls-like touches. The result is an entertaining, enjoyable game that's hard to put down. And it also comes with a free upgrade to Switch 2.

As the song goes, "Donkey Kong is here," and he's here ready to rock the boat. The gorilla's new adventure boasts of being one of the first must-have games for Nintendo Switch 2 and a title on par with the Japanese company's greatest series. This is the kind of "Kong content" that deserves a new console.

If you're going to play it on Nintendo Switch, make sure you do so in handheld mode and without Bluetooth headphones: that way you'll enjoy two unique rhythm and action gems just as their creators intended. It's a shame that input lag calibration on the TV is so archaic, so trial and error, because it can easily drive you crazy...

Ready or Not is a first-person shooter that hits the mark, offering a realistic and gruesome take on the criminal underworld. Its varied and numerous missions will keep you glued to the controller in this PS5 and Xbox Series X|S version, which establishes itself as a solid port for one of the games that has most refreshed the genre recently.
