Exotica 2: Pet Shop SIMulator does exactly what you would expect from it. Have your own pet shop and have the freedom to decide which animals you want to sell. There are countless options available and you have to put in quite a few hours to get the most out of them. And therein lies its pitfall, you may have to put in too many hours to unlock many animals. That's not for everyone, but it plays nicely in between.

Nova Antarctica is set in the year 2900, when Antarctica has become a dangerous and mysterious continent. As the protagonist, you follow a mysterious radio signal to the Antarctic, while trying to survive in snowstorms and abandoned research stations. The game combines survival and crafting with choices that influence your adventure. You collect resources, craft items and manage your backpack and equipment against harsh weather conditions. The pace of the game is slow and constantly re-collecting resources can be frustrating. For those who enjoy quiet, challenging exploration, Nova Antarctica offers a unique, atmospheric experience.

Ebola Village is a shameless imitation of Resident Evil Village and in some ways that has something to it. The inspiration is clearly taken from the Resident Evil franchise. Technically it is a mess here and there and that also causes hilarity at times. Are you looking for a great horror game? Then you should ignore Ebola Village. Are you looking for the Temu variant of Resident Evil and just want to be entertained? Then add another point and immediately purchase the entire series. We have now done that too.

Citadelum is a strategic city building game with a classic Roman setting, in which you as a player develop a settlement into a mighty Roman empire. In addition to in-depth gameplay, the game can certainly be played differently again and again due to the continuously changing gameplay.

Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow is potentially a very cool VR game. The problem, however, lies in the many bugs that can really break the game. Consider items that spontaneously disappear that are essential to passing the level. Restarting the level is then the only option. If you can look past that, then it's all quite doable. Sneaking around and stealing stuff works surprisingly well and the gray style certainly contributes to the experience that Maze Theory wants to offer you.

Cloudheim is a colorful and charming fantasy RPG that challenges you to reconnect and explore a world of floating islands. The physics-based combat is dynamic and creative, allowing you to pick up, throw, or launch enemies and objects off cliffs. A Mana Burn system adds a layer of risk and reward to the use of abilities. The game offers both solo and co-op gameplay, with four different classes that encourage strategic teamwork. Your floating turtle base, the Odin Shell, can be expanded and customized for both cosmetic and gameplay advantages. While Cloudheim is still in Early Access, you may encounter occasional bugs, glitches, and performance hiccups, but the developers are actively releasing updates. For now, it's a promising game that already has plenty to offer curious players, with a full release planned for 2026.

The Order of Giants offers a small adventure in the Rome area, with puzzles, clues and carefully crafted environments. The expansion keeps the story compact, but develops the mystery clearly. For players who want to step into Indiana Jones' shoes again, this is a short but complete addition.

Terrifier: The ARTcade Game is a very monotonous, short game. It works well and has some fun character designs. Nevertheless, the game is more frustrating and dull than entertaining.

Disney Dreamlight Valley remains a delightfully cozy game where you decide how to spend your time: farming, mining, decorating, or chatting with Disney characters. The new DLC, Wishblossom Ranch, primarily adds a magical horse system: you can create your own horse, ride it, and unlock familiar Disney horses. There are also new characters like Snow White, Tinker Bell, Cruella, and Tigger, each with their own quests and atmosphere. The expansion brings beautiful new biomes, from a wintery ranch to colorful areas with creative themes. Horses help with daily tasks, but the boost is temporary and can only be used once per day, which feels like a missed opportunity. There are still some bugs, such as mailbox crashes and stuck objects, but patches are expected. For fans of Dreamlight Valley, cozy games, or Disney, this is a charming and valuable expansion that makes the game even more enjoyable.

Sunderfolk is a tactical co-op RPG from Secret Door. You play in the world of the Sunderlands, where you fight together against the threat of the Shadowstone. The game uses your phone or tablet as a controller, which provides clear controls, slightly different than normal. You use cards to perform attacks and spells, which makes the game strategic and varied. The One Shot Mode lets you play short, individual missions. Thanks to the beautiful design and fun controls, Sunderfolk is really a special video game. It is truly a great combination of a video game and a board game. Fun to play alone, but best together with your friends!

As a player, you enter much larger and more mature rooms in Escape Simulator 2 than in part one. You get fifteen rooms divided over three themes and you can tackle them alone or with eight players at the same time, which often results in fun chaos. Thanks to the new Room Editor 2.0, endless new content continues to be added and DLCs are already planned. However, you do have to take into account bugs that sometimes make puzzles frustrating.

In Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator you take the role of ambulance brother on you and that is not always easy. You start with was basic treatments that you can perform until you finally do much more. Driving around in the city is sometimes even more dangerous than the situations you encounter. Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator is entertaining enough to pick up in between. So don't expect a evening -filling program with this game.

Farming Simulator 25 offers extensive experience with new crops such as rice and spinach, extra animals such as goats and water buffalo, and a renewed weather system with extremes such as hail showers and tornados. Players can completely run their farm at their own discretion and take advantage of cross-play multiplayer. Unfortunately, the game lacks sufficient guidance for newcomers, which makes the learning curve steeper. Technical problems such as graphic simplicity, frame drops and weak voice-acting undermine the experience, but the game offers enough strategic depth for long-term gameplay.

'Phasmophobia' is a game that throws a lot of information at you in the beginning. This applies to both the in-game knowledge and the control. However, the controls also work well. As a researchers into the paranormal you have to find out together or alone which entity you are dealing with. It is not the scariest game, but it is certainly exciting. Entertainment is clearly paramount and that is certainly there.

Planet Zoo: Console Edition provides for the needs of console regemers to have their own digital zoo. In 2019 it was the turn of the PC gamers, but now people with a PlayStation 5 and an Xbox series can also get started. The control on the console works great, but it still works just a little better on a PC. The tutorial is clear enough to start your zoo afterwards. There are lots of possibilities and maybe it is just a bit too much at times. Yet you will be able to enjoy this endlessly if this genre lies.

Planet Crafter is a very entertaining game where you focus primarily on making a planet habitable. Sounds very boring in the base, but you are going to enjoy it more and more. It is not a game where you have to pay attention to the graphic side and certainly not to the story, graphically it can feel a bit simple and the story is very concise. There are numerous possibilities that help you make the planet habitable and that simply works great.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash responds to the popularity of the Japanese animation series Jujutsu Kaisen with two seasons now. This is the only positive thing we can say about this title. This is partly because the Story Mode consists of short boring missions where the tough characters feel incredibly boring. And that is not already, but also the limitation of the story to the first season and the film is disappointing. Environments look recognizable, but for the rest Jujutsu Kaisen is: Cursed Clash an insult to the fans.

Deceit 2 was poorly received at the end of 2023. There were a number of critical points such as the graphics, visuals and the win balance between the Innocent and the Infected. The big update has really improved the game experience. Unfortunately, the update seems to have arrived too late and many players have already given up. Fortunately there is a kind of Friends Pass available where you can play the game with someone who has bought deceit 2. In addition, Deceit 2 is at its best if you play it with friends.
