The brutally challenging platforming sequences and punishing boss fights can completely discourage you from continuing. The game unnecessarily punishes thorough exploration by draining health points and removing earned currency. It feels like difficulty was forced into the design, even though the game didn’t actually need it.”

Early Review“City Tales - Medieval Era is not only a truly successful debut from the small development team at Irregular Shapes but also one of the best city builders currently available on the market. The game pleasant audiovisual presentation gives it a fantastic, almost idyllic atmosphere, making the hours spent playing pass by completely unnoticed.”

Launch Window“Code Violet is a true survival horror for the brave ones who want to play it. Reaching the end credits will be a genuinely tough and demanding challenge for any player. However, the price you have to pay for such a dull, repetitive, and poorly polished game is a real horror in itself, one that angers anyone that decides to buy it. It’s astonishing that it’s just the beginning of January and we already have a strong contender for the worst game of the 2026.”

Launch Window“It’s impossible to deny Blood its incredibly dense atmosphere and excellent gunplay, but the game can also disappoint you as well. Still, even after all these years, Blood remains enjoyable and serves as an interesting alternative to today’s shooters. Major praise goes to Nightdive Studios for delivering another strong remaster of a game that, despite its quality, still has a few design issues.”

Launch Window“Becastled is a production with clear potential and some interesting ideas, offering both pleasing visuals and fairly well-developed systems for expanding your settlement and army. The changing seasons, which have a real impact on gameplay, are something I find quite rare and therefore greatly appreciate. However, I can’t ignore the fundamental flaws and shortcomings that hold this title back.”

Late Review“Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War Definitive Edition is a remaster that feels relatively unnecessary, as mod creators accomplished years ago what the developers have only just delivered. Even if the lack of a proper, full-fledged remake is disappointing, one needs to remember that it would likely have raised the game’s price considerably. That said, it’s hard to argue with the amount of content you get here for just 90 PLN.”

Launch Window“I’m glad that Ubisoft listened to players feedback who were saying the series needed a bigger refresh than just an annual playlist update. The option to control the game using a smartphone camera and the new party mode are definitely interesting additions that makes the virtual dancing experience more varied. Still, it’s difficult to shake the feeling that the potential of these innovations wasn't fully realized. Just Dance 2026 is still a fine party game where everyone can have a great time, whether they can dance or not.”

Early Review“My journey with Godbreakers lasted for over a dozen hours, but, I actually finished the game in under ten. I had so much fun, that I kept fighting bosses and unlocking new cosmetic extras even after finishing the campaign. After a while, the lack of enemy variety and the limitations of the combat system started to wear on me, but I’ll happily return once an update drops. It’s an enjoyable and rather small title that could really benefit from more content.”

Late Review“Death Relives is a solid choice for those looking for a short, atmospheric horror game with an Aztec twist. It has mood and character, but also, unfortunately quite a few flaws. Still, if you’re a fan of horrors, it plays quite decently, as long as you can forgive its many rough edges and untapped potential. It’s clear the developers ran out of money or time. Or both.”

Late Review“Uboat is a simulator that demands a significant investment of time. This applies both to learning the basics of gameplay and to fulfill scenarios goals. For this reason, it’s definitely not a game for everyone — especially console players. Why? Because the controls are just pure awful, and developers decided to remove mouse support from the console version altogether anyway. This looks like a fine game in its core, but just not on the consoles due to poor execution.”

Launch Window“Jotunslayer: Hoders of Hel is a great alternative to Vampire Survivors, with the potential to go even further while also offering some interesting twists of its own. For now, though, the developers haven’t fully tapped into the possibilities of their game. The core gameplay is extremely satisfying, and the Nordic atmosphere fits perfectly. What I can’t understand, however, is why the brutality has been toned down so much. Unfortunately, that drawback casts a shadow over the overall experience.”

Launch Window“Assassin’s Creed Shadows: Claws of Awaji is a huge disappointment. The map is practically identical, filled with the same activities we already know, and we run across it guided by a story that uses the very same motives and scenes we encountered in the base game. Is this an expansion aimed at the most die-hard fans of the series? Ubisoft — is that really all you’ve got?”

Late Review“9 Years of Shadow is a very intriguing production with an excellent, old-school audiovisual style. However, it is definitely a title aimed at fans of metroidvanias, who should consider it a must-play. Other players may complain about the high difficulty level, formulaic structure, and repetitive gameplay. Nevertheless, the developers have delivered a technically solid and polished game that is undoubtedly worth attention. Play it if only for the soundtrack alone, which is truly outstanding.”

Launch Window“Luto is proof that video games can address difficult topics with delicacy and empathy, but also with a strength never seen before. It’s a horror that doesn’t frighten with monsters, but with the truth about human pain. And although it’s short, it resonates for a very, very long time.”

Launch Window“Studio Rebellion has delivered a solid game for the Meta Quest 3 goggles. Zombie VR is a dynamic title with appealing graphics and well-crafted maps. The game offers atmospheric and dark locations that fit well with its design. The maps are also varied, preventing any sense of monotony. This is another solid game worth giving a chance, and if someone enjoyed the console version, they’ll likely enjoy this one too.”

Launch Window“Len’s Island is a highly digestible blend of survival, crafting, and action RPG. It offers considerable freedom, a picturesque world, numerous systems, and, at least for the first few hours, satisfying gameplay both solo and in co-op. Even if it didn’t win my heart I consider it a fairly interesting entry among recent indie sandbox games, proving that even in a flood of similar titles, something unique can be created. Playing solo, you’ll likely get bored quickly, but in a group, this title can provide many hours of engaging fun. After all, everything’s better with friends, even running around barefoot.”
